• Katarzyna Krysiak, Pologne.

Katarzyna Krysiak is an art historian and curator. She graduated from the Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Łódź. She has headed the Foksal Gallery in Warsaw as the Chief curator since 2008, where she works since 2002.

She curated there numerous exhibitions, including: Mirosław Bałka, Christian Boltanski, Kuba Bąkowski, Irina Botea, Piotr Bosacki, Jonas Dahlberg, Wojciech Gilewicz, Zuzanna Janin, Daniel Malone, Angelika Markul, Bianka Rolando, Leon Tarasewicz, Nahum Tevet, L/B, Nicolas Thurston and the first group ehibition at Foksal composed of female artists only: "A PLACE. Summer Storage" (2016).  Collaborated on organization of shows by Allan Charlton, Stanislaw Dróżdż, Edward Krasiński and Koji Kamoji, among others. Co-curator (together with David Senior, MoMA, SF and Catherine Carl, James Gallery, NY) of the exhibition „Thoughts Isolated: The Foksal Gallery Archives, 1966-2016” in the James Gallery, Graduate Center CUNY in New York (2016), presented afterwards in Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw (2017).

She is an author of essays on contemporary art published in exhibition's catalogues and editor of Zakrywam to, co niewidoczne, publ. 40000 Malarzy, Warszawa 2014, an interviev with Wiesław Borowski, by Adam Mazur and Ewa Toniak. Member of the Polish Section of the International Association of Art Critics AICA.
